		<description>Fatma, the answer to your first question is that most locals are not reacting to anything, because they don&#039;t know what&#039;s going on. The traditional media, tv and papers, are more or less in control or scared of the regime, so they won&#039;t bring any critical news.

Reacting to your second question, I&#039;d say that everyone has the power to react to anything, anywhere. Ofcourse this doesn&#039;t imply anyone has to listen to what I say :)</description>

		<description>Cedric, How about Azerbaijanies, how the local people are reacting to this? and how are you going to classify where the border of internal matters is and where the universal values are taking over? Saying literally that we should not trust to jurisdication in this particular country is according to me not a good practice. Plus would it be possible to give comments other way around as well, like a developing country saying that US or EU makes a mistake.</description>
